Family Protection Act
In the early 1980s, Gay Rights National Lobby and National Gay and Lesbian Task Force addressed critical anti-gay legislation produced by Congress and supported by the Moral Majority. In 1981, for example, GRNL and NGLTF mobilized a large campaign against the so-called Family Protection Act.
