Photocopy Services

Please allow four to six weeks for the production of photocopy orders.

Large orders (more than 50 pages) can take longer during peak demand periods.

Research fees are applied to all on-line orders.

On-site - arrangements for pick-up, payment or mailing of photocopy orders should be made with the Reading Room Security Desk before leaving the Division. Photocopy orders may not be able to be completed while the user is in the Library.

Digital Reproduction Services

Please allow four to six weeks for the production of digital reproduction orders.

Large orders can take longer according to the schedule of the Digital Reproduction Studio.

Research fees are applied to all on-line orders.

On-site - arrangements for pick-up, payment or mailing of digital reproduction orders should be made with the Reading Room Security Desk before leaving the Division.

Image editing $55 per hour, prorated to 15 minute intervals.

Digital Image Retrieval

$4 per image for existing digital scans. Images found on this website or in one of our image databases may be ordered. A $10 surcharge for materials requiring special handling may be added to orders.

Bound Materials - Books

$8.00 for research quality, color up to 16" x 24", plus additional $12.00 set up fee.

$19.00 for high publication quality, less than 8" x 10", plus additional $12.00 set up fee.

$31.00 for highest publication quality, up to 38" x 48", plus additional $12.00 set up fee.

Unbound Materials - Manuscripts, Photographs, Maps

$8.00 research quality, color up to 16" x 24", plus additional $12.00 set up fee.

$10.00 for publication quality, color, up to 12" x 17".

$31.00 for highest quality, color, up to 38" x 48", plus additional $12.00 set up fee.

Slides or Negatives

$8.00 for standard slide scanning.

$10.00 for slide scanning up to 4500 dpi.

$8.00 for grayscale negative scanning, standard up to 2400 dpi.

$55/hour for color negative scanning, up to 2400 dpi.

$55/hour for non-standard sized transparency scanning, negatives, or lantern slides.

Delivery Methods

Online download or e-mail delivery.

CD-R, to be picked up - $5.00.

DVD-R, to be picked up - $10.00.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in U.S. currency.

Patrons may pay by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, international money order, postal order or a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

All International orders and orders over $100 require prepayment in full.
