BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Real estate economist.
Hoyt received his Ph.D. in economics and a law degree from the University of Chicago. He is the author of ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF LAND VALUES IN CHICAGO and THE STRUCTURE AND GROWTH OF RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS IN AMERICAN CITIES. Member, International Fraternity of Lambda Alpha, George Washington Chapter.
