E. Stassen, Director of Mutual Security, Washington D.C. Also several other printed
copies of the same report. Much of Gibson's personal material relating to the trip
to Europe, i.e. letter about passport, hotel bills while in Europe, schedule of stopping
points in Europe and times of meetings and with whom, etc. Trip began on Feb. 20, 1953 and ended on Mar. 15, 1953. The purpose of the trip was to get information for the Mutual Security Act.
