Scrapbook documenting the wedding of Robert and Dorothy and
his military service, as well as their Cornell experiences. Also, a photograph album
and group photographs of Theta Xi members and their dates at Spring Day and
houseparties in 1942.

Robert W. Madden came to Cornell in 1941, and joined Theta Xi fraternity. He left for
the service in 1943, married Dorothy Scott that year, and was killed in an airplane
crash in 1944. His wife Dorothy Scott came to Cornell in 1941 in Home Economics and
graduated in 1945. She later married Milan L. Boyle.
Scrapbook documenting the wedding of Robert and Dorothy and his military service, as

Also, reminiscences of her college years during the war by Dorothy Scott.
