BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Mary K. Bloetjes received a Ph.D. from Cornell University in 1953. She served as head of the Department of Institution Management in the College of Home Economics at Cornell from 1955 to 1969 and a a professor in the Department of Human Nutrition and Food in the College of Human Ecology from 1969 until her retirement in 1970.
