Andover, Massachusetts, relating to his improvements for cloth folding machine.
American patent, including drawings & specifications, issued March 19, 1918.
Canadian patent, including drawings & specifications, issued November 18,
1919. Also includes letters of recommendation for George H. Gerrish, an engineer
with American Woolen Co., 1929.

Perkins was an engineer at the Pacific Mills, cotton manufacturers in Lawrence,
Massachusetts.
Includes correspondence, 1918-1919, to Perkins from Gardner W. Pearson, an attorney
in Lowell, Massachusetts, concerning Perkins's patent on a cloth folding machine, as
well as correspondence concerning Canadian and other foreign patents for the
machine. Also contains U.S. letters patent, March 19, 1918, with specifications and
diagrams for the folding machine; and copy of Canadian patent, November 18, 1919.
Also includes letters of recommendation, 1929, for George H. Gerrish, an engineer
with American Woolen Company.
