This collection consists of a transcript of arbitration between Sealtest Foods, a
division of the National Dairy Products Corporation, and the Milk Drivers and Dairy
Employees, Local Number 645, of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. John B.
English presided over the arbitration, which took place in Rochester, New York, October
and November 1956.
The dispute between the parties arose over the question, "Is the Company justified
in eliminating certain wholesale routes?"
The transcript is contained in 6 volumes. It was submitted to the New York State
Board of Mediation in January 1966.
