Carney, March 9, 1939 enclosing two reports of the CIO activities in Flint, Michigan regarding the United Automobile Workers of America dated January 24-February 15 and February 15-March 15th, 1939; and an unsigned essay entitled "J.L. Lewis and the CIO." dated July 11, 1941.
