Abstract:
This case deals primarily with the constitutionality of the New Jersey statute providing
for compulsory arbitration of public utility labor disputes. The constitutional issues
involved were whether the statute invades a field preempted by the Federal Government;
does the statute improperly delegate legislative power under vague standards, and
is it a denial of due process.
