The American Civil Liberties Union Committee on Labor Injunctions was organized to
help secure the passage of federal and state legislation to end the abuse of injunctions
in restricting labor's rights to organize, strike and picket.
Consist chiefly of memoranda and letters pertaining to Philip Wittenberg's activities
as a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, (ACLU) Committee on Labor Injunctions.
Documents consist of memoranda and press releases of the ACLU on anti-injunction
and yellow dog contract laws in New York State, and reports on the lobbying activities
of the ACLU Committee on Labor Injunctions. Also, letters of Alexander Fleisher (secretary),
