Edwin Case was a civil engineer in New York State.
This collection consists of nine letters written to Edwin A. Case, between 1872-1876,
seven from Charles Wheeler and one each from Fred L. Griswold and Thomas Warner. The
letters, business and personal, discuss the building of new lines, financial condition
of lines, difficulties of surveying, and a job request.
