Willard Fiske, who bequeathed his "books relating to Iceland and the old Scandinavian literature and history", also gave $5000 to Cornell University, both for continued collection development and "for the purposes of the publication of [works] relating to Iceland and the said Icelandic collection," according to the language of his will. The resulting Islandica series has been published, either annually or irregularly, since 1908.
The latest volume, number 49, was published in 1995. Below is a list of the titles, authors and publication dates of all the Islandica volumes. The Fiske collection's reference section holds every volume of the series.
