BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Roscoe Rutherford Bell published two veterinary texts: The veterinarian's call book ... A visiting list which can be commenced at any time and used until full, containing much useful information for the student and busy practitioner. (New York: Sabiston & Murray, 1893) and Pocket remembrancer for the veterinary student and busy practitioner(New York: William R. Jenkins Co., 1912). There is no other information currently available about him.
