BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Walter H. Blucher was associated with the Detroit City Plan Commission, 1919-1934. He was Executive Director of the American Society of Planning Officials, 1934-1953, and of the Association of State Planning and Development Agencies, 1946-1953. Also, he was a member of the International Federation for Housing and Town Planning, the American Institute of Planners, Alpha Theta Kappa, and the Michigan Bar Association. Member, International Fraternity of Lambda Alpha, Ely Chapter.
