BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Allan H. Treman was the son of Robert H. and Mary McLallan Treman. He attended Cornell University and was a lawyer, law teacher, and counsel to Cornell University. He was an active public figure in Ithaca and Tompkins County, New York.
