BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

City planner.
Adams was involved with the Garden City movement in England, especially Letchworth. He served as Town Planning Advisor to the Canadian government, 1914-1921, and presided over the Regional Plan of New York and Its Environs until its completion in 1931.
