Henry Shaler Williams (1847-1918) was a paleontologist, professor of paleontology and geology at Cornell 1879-1892, 1904-1912, and Yale University, 1892-1904; founder of Sigma Xi Society.

Also includes H. S. Williams' personal and household bills (1900-1911). Subjects include geology and politics. Includes Ithaca to Owego geological observations, July 21, 1885, and miscellaneous H. S. Williams items.
