BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Professor of Human Development, Cornell University.
Mon Cochran received a B.A. from Harvard (1964) and M.A.(1969) and Ph.D. (1973) degrees from the University of Michigan. He directed the Cornell Early Childhood Program and retired in 2008.
