& Western Indiana Railroad Company and the Belt Railway Company of Chicago and the
Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen, and the
Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. The proceedings took place in Chicago, Illinois
from September 2 through September 12, 1913.
Witnesses on behalf of the employee were Wallace Combs, Arthur McLinden, Albert C.
Smith. Witnesses on behalf of the railroad companies were C.E. Taylor, G.W. Berry,
